The lock button on the back is a little more difficult to operate than other Panasonic shavers I have owned and is somewhat stiff, but looks fairly sturdy

The Braun Series 3340 Wet & Dry electric shaver offers first-rate results when it comes to comfort and closeness, no burns and no hassle whatsoever.The razor as a whole does a really good job at “problem” areas like around the neck. It is fairly quiet, charges pretty quickly, is comfortable in the hand and not bad looking, either. Enjoy some seriously smooth looks !
There are countless reviews about razors that just dont cut thick,tough beards all that well. Even when used everyday for the morning shave there’s a lot of pulling, angling and stretching of the face to get all the hairs.
Poor quality cases, slow shavers with batteries which take ages to charge but last only a few minutes and sounds like a combine thresher in the wheat fields are common. If you are very anal about your shaving process, then I think the 3340 is the one for you. I always shave against the grain towards the end of my shave, with cartridge razors, to ensure a very smooth face. With this shaver I do not need to do that. the three individual floating heads use a Comfort Blades cutting system to shave off each and every hair in just one stroke.
